Following the 12 players earning their spot for this season's Main Competition through the gruelling Offline Qualifier, the Malta BOV ePremier League clubs have begun the process of selecting their representative players. Indeed, going live to the nation on Sports Panorama (TVMNews+), we all strapped ourselves in for the Group Draw. Heading into the Main Competition, three groups of 4 clubs would need to be drawn. Live and with the country watching, here are the drawn groups for the competition, randomized thanks to four pots of 3:

For the most part, these groups are hugely different compared to those of last year, allowing for some unique engagements we haven't witnessed in a while. Specifically, the only teams ending up in the same group as last year are Floriana FC and Hibernians FC - we look forward to watching this rivalry progress!

Bearing this in mind, the community already has its eye on Group A being perhaps the most tightly contested, as Santa Lucia FC look to score their third winning season despite the tough competition in the group.

With the Main Competition kicking off as soon as March, players will represent clubs in the hopes of qualifying for the Knockout Stage later in May, where the season's champion will be crowned.
